FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  What is your minimum order?
A:  We don't have a minimum order value, but we do have minimum order quantities for certain processes, please call 020 8909 2713 or email sales@clothingexpress.co.uk for details.

Q:  How much is shipping?
A:  Normally £12.50 for the first box and £5.00 for subsequent boxes. For large orders we can normally arrange a multi box discount

Q:  How quickly do you deliver?
A:  It depends on the complexity of your order. Plain garments without logo's applied are normally delivered within 2 - 3 days, embroidered / printed garments take a little longer

Q:  How do you deliver?
A:  We use a next day courier service. A 10:00 am delivery service is available at an extra cost. We use our own delivery vehicles within North and West London and some of the Home Counties.

Q:  I need a logo applied to my order. Can you help?
A:  Yes. We have our own embroidery machines and printing equipment and can apply your logos to almost any garment. We also make badges and transfers and undertake all these processes within our own factory in Harrow.

Q:  How can I pay?
A:  We accept payment by cheque or Credit Card subject to the usual conditions. You can apply for a credit account. Our credit referencing process can take up to 7 days in the meantime we will require payment by cheque or Credit Card. For Account customers our terms are very strictly 30 days from invoice.

Q:  Can I see a sample?
A:  Yes of course. One of our Sales Reps can visit you or we can send one by courier. Samples are supplied on a Sale or Return basis and must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for refunding.

 

HELP WITH EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING

Q:  What format do you require the image we want printed or embroidered?
A:  We require a high quality JPG or EPS file.

Q:  Where should I send it?
A:  Email it to sales@clothingexpress.co.uk

Q:  I don't have colour separated artwork. Is this a problem?
A:  Not in the case of embroidery. In the case of printing we may sometimes need to separate the colours or re-draw artwork for which there will be a charge. We will always make clear any charges before we start a job.

Q:  How much will it cost to put my logo onto garments?
A:  That will depend on the size of the logo and/or the number of colours. Once we see the logo we can give an exact price.

Q:  How long will it take?
A:  We aim to despatch all orders within 10 - 14 working days. If you have a specific deadline let us know and we'll tell you right away if it is possible.
